We paid for seven nights but only stayed one. The apartment was not suitable for a three year old, and he received a head injury before we finish unpacking. We were told that we should have been aware of this from the pictures, and although the open railings where obvious, the hazards that injured our child were not, and we could not risk his safety so we left. Aside from sharp corners, steep open stairs and a railing that resembles a sword tip, we were in the direct beachfront apartment, and we found the road to be extremely busy and loud, and a challenge to cross or walk on. The kitchen had two cups, so you will need to bring your own cutlery and plates if you wish to use the microwave. There was a couch on the main floor that folded in half to form a 1.2M by 1.3M sleeping area, so the apartment was really only acceptable for two people. Perhaps a single person or couple may have a better experience, but for us, leaving was the only option. [R24 integr.ERR:escaping]

We booked the direct beachfront apartment for seven days, but only stayed for one night. We did not find the apartment suitable for our three year old and he injured his head before we finished unpacking. Both Sawadee and the owner claimed I should have been aware of this from the photos and therefore would not give a refund. I can understand his position, as the open railings were obvious and he was unable to re-rent the unit on such short notice. There were however some issues that were not that obvious in the photos that should be kept in mind. For example, the stairs were very steep a had sharp open corners, as well as a railing that resembled a sword point at the end. The couch downstairs folded in half to form a sleeping area that was 4 feet by 4 and a half feet, so the apartment was really only suitable for two people. There where four cups and no other cooking utensils (though we did request some and received two plates, two forks and two spoons as well as an ice pack for our child s head). Supplies like soap and toilet paper were not included. The road was very busy and challenging to cross or walk along, and the road noise was quite load. There were some other issues, but the bottom line, was that our son s well being came first, and we had no other option but to forfeit the payment for the remaining six nights. I only met the owner once and he did seem to be genuinely friendly and helpful, and perhaps a single person or couple may find it more acceptable [R24 integr.ERR:escaping]

We first booked the B1 Villa, but figured out that it was under renovations. Sawadee said it was still available, but we have visited B1 and a construction worker said they are turning people away. Sawadee was reluctant to give our money back, so we booked this apartment. This add should have come with a warning for families and elderly people. The add does not honestly represent the property.

A clean functional apartment. A fair walk away from any restaurants etc but has a very handy motorcycle/car hire place right next door...200baht a day for bikes or 1200baht for a car. It is right o a main road but not noisy. A small beach right across the road, though we preferred to drive to fishermans village about 5 mins in car. The apartment could be improved if they supplied a kettle and some crockery and cutlery. There is a fridge and a grill but no cooking facilities. My kids ate their cereal out of a tea cup!! But for a cheap, clean place to sleep and watch tv this apartment is ideal. There is one double bed and a settee downstairs. We added an extra double bed to give us enough sleeping space( and extra room opens onto the upstairs bedroom) for 2 adults and two children (11 and 13). There is also a small safety deposit box. Great location right in Fishermans Village. Owner and staff were all very friendly and accommodating. The restaurant/bar downstairs is a lovely place to chill out and watch the sea. The food is also excellent...we really enjoyed the cheese board, which had a selection of French cheeses and meats. The owner also makes amazing cocktails, so do give those a try! We would definitely stay at Enjoy again. [R24 integr.ERR:escaping]

Just because a room ( Room 7 ) is on the top floor does not automatically make it a Penthouse. The so called kitchenette consisted of 1 microwave , 2 cups , 2 spoons ,2 forks and.....that was it !! The fridge/freezer was next to the bed so you could hear it , the small old style tv ( which did not work ) was high above the fridge , the a/c unit leaked water several time and was situated above the bed , wi-fi signal was not strong enough to reach room. The view from the balcony was nice although be advised that because the hotel is next to the access point for the beach a lot of the charter boats moor up here to do repairs on their engines and then test them very loudly which can be early in the morning. The restaurant /bar downstairs is very nice decor but the food I had , chicken satay , beef satay was very bland with the dips tasting not very nice. All in all not a very relaxing stay and would not recommend. The photos make the room look very nice but the truth is ,it is not. The new owners have a lot of work to do and they did not have credit card payment so I had to go to ATM and get cash to settle the bill at the end of the vacation. [R24 integr.ERR:escaping]

Fantastic room and amazing views. We arrived on a Friday night and was delighted to see that the street markets were on! Right in the middle of the town. Best location and friendly staff. Hightly recommend! We had the penthouse top floor and, look out for disco shower head! [R24 integr.ERR:escaping]

This is a neat, well maintained apartment right in the heart of the Fisherman s Village at Bophut. Medi, the owner/manage is a 1st class guy who goes out of his way to make you welcome and equip the suite the way you like. The view out over the ocean was wonderful. We were in the penthouse and it s a walk up so take this into account if you re not too fit. The penthouse is smaller than the lower suites but has a bigger outdoor deck. Nice place for a long stay.

Great place to stay. The room was very clean, very modern and beautiful. The apartments are newly built and have only 8 rooms, so it’s not busy there. Very good location in Fisherman Village, lots of restaurants near hotel. You make only 5 steps to get to the beach. The view from the apartment is wonderful. The apartment’s owner Mike is very nice, friendly and helpful. Don’t mind the review about absence of the elevator – in this hotel are only 4 floors and 8 rooms, so only a very lazy man will need an elevator!!! On Bophut Beach we’ll stay only in this hotel. Excellent location in Fisherman s Village with beautiful views overlooking the beach and bay. Apartments were very nice, with each one having a balcony.The owner was very helpful. Will definately return!

Positives:- This hotel has an excellent location in fishermans village in bophut beach. Also great apartment block very modern and everything you could expect from a hotel lots of good restaurants within minutes walk of your door and generally the owner is a very pleasant man. Negatives:- There was a small problem with rooms when we arrived we had booked two rooms one small and one large. After traveling for nearly 20 hours and the owner didn t have two rooms available so on the first night i had to share the one room that we did have. This was all sorted out the next day and the owner did upgrade the room to the one with the deck on the ground floor which was excellent. Another niggling point I had to wait until 7.30pm at night for the room to be serviced. Throughout the holiday the rooms were serviced once or twice and i would expect for the price that we paid that the rooms would be serviced everyday. Overall the hotel is in a excellent location and Mike the owner is a very nice bloke but there could be bit more organization on his part for cleaning the rooms and checking in and not over booking his rooms. I would stay there again if these very small problems were sorted out.. [R24 integr.ERR:escaping]

exellent location in the fishing village come out your door and your right amongst it. rooms were nice but had there down falls . The door was of a louvere type which was a very bad design as you thought people were coming into your room if they were on the staircase, luckly there is only 8 rooms so its not that busy. rooms very modern and new , plus they are all no smoking rooms . neil and janine , england [R24 integr.ERR:escaping]
